Cancellation Policy

At weaveleaf, we understand that sometimes plans change.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been produced or shipped. If your cancellation request is approved within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.

After 48 hours, orders may already be in production or prepared for shipment. In such cases, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the custom-made and handmade nature of our products, as well as hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been shipped.

Because our items are handcrafted, it may not be possible to determine whether a product has been worn or used based on appearance. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are expecting a refund and have not received it:
